I was very blessed to attend Dr. Christopher's School of Natural Healing many years ago, and I thoroughly enjoyed learning about herbs, healing, and the body - cool stuff!
Dr. John R. Christopher was quite a gifted Herbalist in his day, and was inspired to pull together a mixture of herbs, make a tea, and give it to a town full of people who had some kind of plague.
Did that "Anti-Plague" formula help them? By golly, it did!
Dr. Christopher encouraged everyone to make his formula, and so I have been for several years.

Then, (after the first round of "Covid" hit) I was prayerfully pondering on making another batch of my Super Immune tea, and The Lord said very clearly to me,
