Hi, friend. I’m so glad you’re here.

If you’ve found your way to this little corner of the internet, I hope you’ll feel something right away — a spark of hope, a pull toward Truth, maybe even the quiet whisper that says, “You can do this.” Because that’s exactly what this space is for: learning, healing, awakening, and rising into a

Higher way of living.

I guess the best place to start is with a simple truth about me:

I am alive today — physically, emotionally, spiritually — because of Jesus Christ.

Not in a casual, cliché way, but in the most literal and sacred way possible.

A few years ago, I survived an accident that left me with a severe Traumatic Brain Injury.

It cracked my world apart and scrambled everything I had worked so hard to pull together.

I want to talk about it. I want to tell you about all the good parts of my life, and the hard stuff.

I know that expressing our truth and our precious feelings can be very cathartic and healing.

Especially when people respond in mature, loving and compassionate ways.

So I am looking forward to not only you knowing more about Me, but I am excited to experience the freedom and relief of finally telling the world all the things that have been building up inside of me.

(Since I have experienced some pretty severe memory loss, I am counting on Heaven's help as I do my best to recall significant events and details that will be really important to share - I am excited for this particular Miracle!)

Throughout my life I have walked through several different kinds of abuse and intense trauma, chronic illness, setbacks, exciting adventures, miracles, breakthroughs, and blessings that would make even the most imaginative person have to catch their breath.

And I’ll be honest: some of the things I’ve experienced… well, you might not believe them at first.

But they’re real.

And they’ve taught me some very poignant things.

And I’m finally ready to tell the stories.

This blog is going to be a mix of the real, the raw, the miraculous, and the practical:

✨ My healing journey — chronic illness, brain injury, trauma recovery, emotional rebuilding, and learning to trust God through every single step.

✨ Faith-centered insights — how I came to know Jesus Christ more personally than ever before, and how His power, love, and teachings can transform anyone’s life.

✨ Tools for emotional and spiritual healing — recognizing patterns, breaking subconscious programming, rewriting beliefs, practicing discernment, calming the nervous system, nurturing the body, remembering Who we truly are, and learning how to hear and recognize the Truth and Love that comes directly from God..

✨ Wild, beautiful, unbelievable stories — the kind of experiences that make you laugh, cry, consider things you didn't know were possible, and maybe feel a little more connected to Heaven, (and to those who are in the Spirit realm)...

✨ Principles of “Higher Living” — how to live with intention, joy, connection, purpose, spiritual clarity, healthy habits, better relationships, and a deeper sense of Identity.

In other words… we’re going to talk about everything.

The spiritual. The personal. The messy. The miraculous. The human. The Heavenly.

And my hope is that every post brings you something — a lesson, a feeling, a shift, a new idea, or simply the comfort of realizing that you’re not alone in whatever you’re facing.

~ Why I’m Starting This Now ~

Because I finally feel more digitally organized, and have a centralized place to share all my Stuff - yay!

I want my website to be a place where you can come and be inspired, find what you need, learn really important things, and even be entertained!

And... because I believe that what I’ve lived through isn’t just for me — it’s meant to bless others.

All the pain, all the healing, all the learning… it’s time for it to become light for someone else.

Maybe that someone is you.
